Winter 2024 Session: Painting + Drawing Class

This class will focus on drawing various subjects (landscapes, florals, still life, op art, pop art and animals just to name a few).  We will learn about various artists and the different approaches to create some unique work. No painting or drawing skills necessary, we're here to have fun and experience something new together!

• Appropriate for mixed abilities and ages of 5 and up

• Artists we focus on: Georgia O'Keeffe, Henri Matisse, Andy Warhol, Romero Britto, Paul Cezanne, Pili Pili Mulongoy, Heather Galler, Yayoi Kusama + many more!

• This 5-session course will take place in the Winter of 2024

• Limited availability (small class size)

(1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13 + 2/20)

Time: 4:00- 4:50pm

Location: The Arts Avenue Club: near Kings Court, SE DC (exact address will be emailed once registered, you may also contact me directly beforehand for location)

•  ALL art materials are included in price

•  Class art sessions are appropriate for ages 5 and up, the classes are a mixed age group with various abilities

•  Classes will be held indoors, or outdoors depending on the weather. If your child is sick, please stay home. We can make up the class at another day/time that works best.
